 INSTACART does a great job providing a necessary service. It is a very important one. Especially in a Pandemic! Grocery Delivery is a necessity. INSTACART operates in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas.  9 times out of 10 they do an excellent job. Every now and then the driver gets lost. It happens to locals. Imagine if the driver is not from tge area! Just yesterday a young lady delivered for INSTACART.  WE could tell she was a local that knew the area quite well. The mapping apps are horrible. Your drivers are better off calling the customer or using a Map Book.  WE were dispatchers for a local newspaper. WE can get you here! Maybe you can share directions with your drivers.  A database would slay! WE love your service so you will know how to reach US! Your competition failed US because the driver gave up. WE prefer INSTACART because their support system helps their drivers! Keep Up The Good Work!
